木碗的打铁记录 边学边练

酱油选手一枚,去年北京初铁3h28.
为了参加铁三在逐步改变生活习惯,积极锻炼,争取把酱油打的更远。
去年买了几本铁三的书,只找到了英文的, 以看画为主。
我把一些读书笔记也放过来,跟大家一块讨论。

个人感觉本书作者比较理论派。我也就囫囵吞枣,瞎看一遍。把个人感觉有用的贴一下,跟大家讨论讨论。

1. 最佳跟游位置横向距离1米,前进方向差一条手臂,阻力可以减小20%

2.更轻的车能省多少能量?
如果坡度小于10,车的重量对能量输出影响很小
横轴坡度纵轴能量红线11.79磅的轻车黑线15磅的重车


所以作者说:
从科学和经济的角度讲,最优的减重方式并不是买全碳的车,而是控制饮食

3.不同姿势能节省多少能量,速度20mph=32km/h时,TT姿势比公路车上把能省100瓦
Hoods公路车上把   Drops公路车弯把
但并非越符合空气动力学的姿势就越好,要记住发动机更重要。有些选手过分强调符合空气动力学来减小阻力,
由此会带来一些列问题:膝盖伸展过度,臀部的角度不利于发力,不利于氧气的摄入吸收,为了保持平衡过分使用上身和核心力量
不舒服,肌肉拉伤,神经系统受损
Remember that the engine is always more
important than the body. Too much emphasis on an aerodynamic position can easily cause a multitude
of problems: overextension of the knees, hip angles that are inefficient for generating muscle force,
reduced oxygen uptake, excessive use of upper body and core energy to maintain balance,
discomfort, pulled muscles, and even nerve damage.

4.哪些装备能减小风阻
TT姿势比公路车姿势能减小7N阻力,省15%
符合空气动力学的自行车比普通自行车能减小4N,省42%
TT头盔 最好能减小1.72N,省110%, 最差能减小1.1N,省77%
碳刀, zipp各种碳刀数值都差不多, 这个我不懂翻译不了,需要大家先给我扫盲


但是来了,这些值都是在30MPH=48km/h的风洞中测试的,真正比赛也就20~25mph,
所以实际比赛中装备并不会带来如此大的提高

5. Bike Fitting很重要
三组测试,在30MPH=48km/h的风洞中测试阻力 和阻力功率
第一组普通运动员骑公路车,公路车姿势,公路车头盔,普通aero wheel(我理解这是指碳刀,高手们给说说) /阻力功率 775.8
第二组 高端装备,TT车,封闭轮,TT盔,TT姿势/阻力功率 602.8
第三组 装备与第二组一样,但是不做fit用公路车姿势 / 阻力功率 696.7

结论Fitting很划算,比升级一些装备更划算

6. TT盔导购
1.进气孔带来的阻力微乎其微
2.短尾巴的比长尾巴的盔更好
3.护目镜影响不大
总结,建议找这样的TT盔,短且钝的尾巴,不必纠结透气孔,护目镜和dimple(这个我也不懂)影响不大
First, and perhaps most surprising, is that air vents in the front of a helmet make a negligible
contribution to its drag. That means that triathletes don’t have to sacrifice ventilation for speed.23


The second important finding from research is that helmets with shorter tails and steeper taper
angles perform better than helmets with long tails that come to a sharper tip.24


Finally, though apparently of least interest to triathletes based on their choice of helmets, is that
data conflicts on whether visors make a positive contribution to a helmet’s performance. The
qualification here is that a visor only seems to work to your advantage so long as you are in the time
trial position. More research is needed to understand this observation, but for the time being it
appears fashion is driving athletes’ decisions about making the switch to these helmets.25


On the whole, this leaves athletes with a good basic approach to making their choice: Seek out a helmet that
has a shorter, blunter endpoint and don’t worry about sacrificing ventilation. Dimples, visors, and
other gimmicks may not make you faster, but they won’t make you particularly slower, either. So long
as you get the basic shape right, you’ll be making a smart selection.
