国庆5天(1日-5日)京西北游荡

国庆5天(1日-5日)京西北游荡第一天骑车十里河桥（北京）---雁翅---斋堂---清水---小龙门---苇子梁隘口---孔涧---柳树庄第二天骑车柳树庄---沙城---宣化---张家口第三天骑车张家口---崇礼---赤城---雕鄂---后城---白河堡水库第四天骑车白河堡水库---千家店---宝山---汤河口---琉璃庙---云蒙山---黑龙潭---水堡子村第五天徒步+坐车云蒙山长城遗址公园爬山，出台回家----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
第一天（10.1）
早上睡到自然醒，记不得几点了，反正不是很早了。收拾东西，搬车下楼，晃晃悠悠上路了。路面有点儿湿，所以先吃了个早饭。
路上车很少，车友也基本没见到，可能都在家看阅兵呢吧。北京路上车这么少，真是难得，感觉很不错。
晃悠到下苇甸，竟然遇到了“大村”，很开心。俩人一起爬东方红，隧道口留影，国庆怎么能少得了东方红呢。到雁翅后，“大村”未作停留前往大村，东-大-高去了。我则在小餐馆吃了顿国庆饺子，看了几眼国庆阅兵，又买了几个烧饼。
继续晃悠。109国道边山上已经色彩斑斓了，边走边拍，终于到了双塘涧。到109km处饿坏了，坐在路边大吃一顿。没想到竟然有位车友赶上来了，是去山西的。第一次出远门，9.30出门，在雁翅住了一晚上了。拍照留念后蠕爬小龙门，爬啊爬，5点到梁上。等了半小时，不见那位车友上来，我决定先走了。
放坡到孔涧，犹豫了一下，决定还是继续赶路。没想到后面的坡还是那么长，爬到坡顶就全黑了。不过幸好皓月当空，慢慢往下放。到柳树庄前，不小心压在一块石头上，摔车了。好在车速不快，只蹭破了点儿皮，无大碍。
柳树庄住宿，晚饭又是饺子，吃完8点。

第二天(10.2)
晚上没怎么睡好，中间醒了一次，拿手机看了半天《侠客行》才又睡着。
一路下坡到沙城，中间吃了碗面条做早餐。沙城到下花园之间的路有点儿噩梦的感觉，搞得我都想出台了。拉沙子、石子的打车装得顶上出来个尖，驶过身边就给下一场沙子雨。好在过了下花园后好多了，可能有些大车上高速了。
反正骑不快，就慢慢晃荡。到宣化附近，在一家小饭馆早早的吃了午饭，开始进宣化城区。不知道是不是我走错路了，简直要命啊，动不动就是一阵狂风沙尘咆哮而来。好在就那一段，到商业区后感觉宣化也蛮不错嘛，还有好几座古城楼。
宣化到张家口的路竟然是双向均为5车道，有的路段还有非机动车道，真够宽的。可惜一路顶风，只能蠕啊蠕。
终于蠕到张家口，先去参观了大境门。（不知道为什么，指示路牌上大境门竟然翻译成“Big Mirror Gate”。）然后找了家小旅馆住下，40大洋。然后找了个小澡堂洗了澡，5块。能洗澡就是幸福啊！

第三天（10.3）
2号晚上到网吧复习了一下沙版的帖子，张家口到崇礼一路缓上，50km。
早上起来先在街上油条、豆浆吃了早饭，然后开始慢慢骑。跟旅店老板说的一样，张家口果然比北京冷不少，抓绒穿上，感觉刚刚好。路上车不多，空气清新，很好。越近崇礼，山越斑斓，很漂亮。到崇礼县城，买了一屉包子做午餐，然后继续赶路。
崇礼到赤城风景更加迷人，五彩的山，瓦蓝的天，洁白的云。路上随时可见拉着收获的庄稼的拖拉机或牛车，路边到处是打场的人们，一排丰收景象，很和谐。
过野鸡山隧道后开始一路下坡，过赤城，奔雕鄂。爬上浩门岭后，放坡的过程中看到对面来了一位车友，遂过去打招呼，到了近前才发现是个MM。
问MM目的地，答曰：“我也不太清楚，好像是个叫沽……什么的。”
我：“噢，沽源！怎么自己走啊？”
MM：“你不也是自己走嘛？”
我：“我是男人啊，你一个小女孩。”
心中感慨，小女孩太厉害了，竟然自己孤身一人闯坝上，让我顿生掉头去做护花使者的想法。可是，咱一个已婚老男人，还是乖乖回家吧。给MM拍了张照片，然后继续下坡。没多远，就看见MM的同伴了。哎！被MM骗了。更让我欣喜的是，这几个人中有熟人，刚刚一起爬过黄草梁的“自由飞翔”。聊了一阵，合影后，各奔前程。
过雕鄂，奔后城。穿过黑乎乎的陈家后山隧道后，转了几个弯，后城赤壁突然出现在视野中。壮观！
到白河堡后，大坝附近唯一的农家院已经客满了，只好奢侈了一点儿，180元住在了天池会议中心。
中秋夜，月很圆，很美。

第四天（10.4）
早晨起床在白河堡水库转了转，竟然看见一只猴子。扔给她一个苹果，抓起苹果就跑了，连拍照的机会都没给我。白河真是宝地啊，啥都有啊！
白河堡到千家店虽然是一路下坡，但是我速度仍然不快，就这么舒舒服服走吧。白河峡谷前半段，风景没我想象的好。在千家店买了一个油饼，两个炸糕做早餐。继续前行，宝山午餐。汤河口、琉璃庙过后，开始爬云蒙山。云蒙山才是这一路的精华，山势险峻，白河蜿蜒，太美了。唯一不爽的是，看白河大拐弯的观景台竟然收费了，2块钱，NND！！！过观景台不远，竟然碰见了自驾游的同事一家，又是一个惊喜。
此后一路下坡，到云蒙峡附近的水堡子村住宿。半小时后，LP赶到。虽然已经是八月十六，但月亮更圆，也算过了一个团圆中秋吧。

第五天（10.5）陪LP爬云蒙山长城，逮蚂蚱，出台回家
俗话说：陪好LP，才能骑好车。
俗话又说：陪好LP，家庭才能和谐，骑车事业才能顺利发展。
所以，今天是最为重要的一天。
刚开始爬山，就发现路上N多晒太阳的蚂蚱。真爽啊，小时候逮蚂蚱也没见过这么多“蹬倒山”啊！一路走一路逮，上山+下山逮了两大串，装了一矿泉水瓶子。回家烫死，摘翅膀，腌上，准备过几天炸了做下酒菜了。:
云蒙山长城遗址公园，位于云蒙峡北侧，王庄村旁，属于郊区年票景点。有年票的TX可以去看看，我认为还是很有看头的。不光有长城，还可以远眺密云水库，俯瞰云蒙峡，风景非常不错，游客也少。
可惜爬了不久，相机没电了，备用电池放在了农家院，只好拿手机拍了一些。整个过程玩得很爽，LP也很高兴，所以我也很高兴。这是件很重要的事！:
下山后，在王庄某农家院fb，贴饼子、炸小鱼、白菜熬豆腐，很不错。住宿条件也不错，想去云蒙峡或者云蒙山长城的TX可以考虑住那里。
后面的事就是出台回家了。包车到密云，然后980快到东直门。

总结：
1. 体力还是太差，只能慢慢悠悠来，骑不快。不过慢也有慢的好处，可以尽情欣赏风景。再说，多花点儿时间骑车，fb时间短点儿，一天骑个150km左右，也还不错。
2. 夜路下山压石头上摔了，太危险，再也不赶夜路了。
3. 对“京北高原”（沙版的词）的紫外线强度估计不足，结果把脸都给晒伤了，下次一定用户外头巾保护起来。
4. 到云蒙峡后，LP一捏咱腰上的肉，瘦了啊！还真是，肥肉去了一圈了。看来只有自虐才能减肥，以前减不了是因为强度不够啊。:
