你是山地还是公路？
我们灯不好用了，四海跟着汽车借着天光及月光放坡，后来一算速度挺快，2个多小时就出山了。

到达永宁11：40 骑了95KM，估算一下，刚骑了三分之一，找地方吃午饭，两个菜 两碗饭 一盆汤。。延庆的饭菜向来比较HD。。一小时之后继续往白河堡方向走。依然是林荫路

，延庆的好多山路新修过，经过处理后的弯非常舒服。

没那么多，@混沌牛 夸张了，，实际280KM，六个坡，用时14小时，平均速度20

上坡开始。。这路修得真好。很舒服的过弯

山上的槐树刚出叶子，槐花更不可能开。。

追上一山地，有后架驮包，前边还有一个大导航。慢悠悠地骑，邀请他跟我们一起骑，他怕跟不上我们，让我们先走。。。结果后来又相遇了。

在四海爬坡时，发现一山地，蒙@大熊猫 说前边就是在白河堡爬坡那山地，上前一看，一问，真是，不禁大惊， 怎么跑我们前边了，我们在白河可以一路狂奔啊。 他说他抄近路了，干沟-刘斌堡-四海过来的，再次邀请他一起同骑，此时天渐黑了，他还是说怕跟不上我们。。于是我们就扬长而去，然后开玩笑说：别到时候快出山了，又遇到他了，他又说走了条近路。。灵异了。。: :

白河堡这段弯路坡路跟解字石有得一比，但比想像中短，很快到达山梁垭口，一个亭子 一块石碑 上书：燕山天池。。。远处的白河堡水库尽收眼底。此时113KM，1点多，符合预期 此后很长一大段基本上是下坡了。。

最美的一段路程开始，RP好的另一个表现就是：此时正好处于白河放水期，持续20天，到5月14日为止。白河堡水库是密云水库的上游水库，是北京的饮用水源。白河水啊就这样日夜哗啦啦的 不停流淌让我们赶上了。

之后的20KM路经过了整理，老路是沿山而建，所以弯道很多不舒服，现在有的建在了河中，把路拉直了，即使是弯道也是那种很舒服的弯道。

我们在黄花城放坡的时候遇到了！我车前面两个手电，我们一共两个山地、一个公路。熊猫是不是骑美利达公路手电在手里拿着的那位啊？LZ应该是咱们一路骑回北苑家园的小折吧？
