一、    赛事介绍

Introduction of Sanfo Outdoor Triathlon(SOT)

创办于2000年的三夫户外三项赛，最初是三夫俱乐部满足会员互动的一个小型比赛，随着参与的人群越来越专业越来越多，经过十四年的不断提升。目前已经发展成为国内户外三项赛的标杆比赛，吸引着大量的国内外一流的专业参赛选手的参与，同时比赛为初级户外爱好者开设的体验组比赛是该比赛最大的亮点，因此而吸引着大量的业余参赛选手和初级户外爱好者来挑战自己的极限。
Established in 2000, Sanfo OutdoorTriathlon(SOT) was originally a small race, whose intention was to meet the needsof members from Sanfo Outdoor Club. With 14 years of development, more and moretriathlon professionals participating in. Right now, SOT has rank into thebenchmark race within outdoor triathlon field across the nation, which attractinga large number of first-class specials from home and abroad. Meanwhile, thesetting up of amateur experience group for entrants is the highlights of race, which attract a large number of amateur contestantsand primary outdoor enthusiasts to challenge their own limits.

比赛由开放水域游泳、户外自行车、越野跑步三个项目组成。相对于封闭场地的比赛，充满了挑战性和难度，更是对参赛选手的体能与技能以及心理的挑战。比赛良好的组织管理，友好的氛围，深得行业以及户外爱好者的好评。自2011年开始分别在北京，上海和沈阳三个城市开展，起到了多城市互动的良好效果，深得国内户外爱好者的追捧。

SOT consists of three events, swimming in open water, cycling and trailrunning. Comparing with the competition in closed area, SOT is full ofchallenge and difficulties for entrants on energy, skills and psychology. Withwell organization and friendly atmosphere, SOT wins the good appraisal in fieldsof Triathlon and outdoor. SOT has organized 3 races since 2011, respectivelyBeijing, Shanghai, and Shenyang. As expanding, SOT now has a good interactiveeffect among multiple cities and it is applauded by outdoor enthusiasts inChina.

2.     名额限制:

专业男子组：200人

专业女子组：100人

体验组：100组（（3人/组，要求其中有一名异性队员）

Professional Men Category: 200 persons

Professional Women Category: 100 persons

Amateur experience group: 100 Sub-group (Requirementsincluding three persons make a group and one heterosexual amongeach group)

九、   比赛项目

Competitions

公开水域游泳、自行车、越野跑

比赛总距离：约36.4公里

（其中游泳项目：约1公里，自行车项目：约28公里，越野跑项目：约7.4公里）

Swimming in opening water,Cycling , Trail running

Totalrace distance :about 36.4 KM

(including swimming about 1 KM;Cycling about28 KM; Trail running7.4   KM)

十一、        报名须知

Entry Information

1.     专业组：

1)     参赛选手必须年满20周岁（1994年10月25日前出生）凭有效身份证件或护照；

2)     提交一年内县级以上医院的健康证明；

Professionals:

1)     AValid ID document (a copy of the ID card or Passport) and at least 20 years oldin Year of 2014(born on or before October 25th, 1994);

2)    A health certificate within a year issued by acounty-level hospital or above must be submitted at registration;

2.     体验组：

参赛选手必须年满18周岁（1996年10月25日前出生）凭有效身份证件或护照；

Amateur experience group:

A Valid IDdocument (a copy of the ID card or Passport) and at least 18 years old in Yearof 2014(born on or before October 25th, 1996);

3.     以下疾病患者不宜参加比赛：先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者/高血压和脑血管疾病患者/心肌炎和其它心脏病患者/冠状动脉病患者和严重心率不齐者/糖尿病患者/其他不适合剧烈运动的疾病患者；

TheOrganizing Committee NOT recommend those participants suffering from thefollowing diseases: Congenital or rheumatic heart disease/Hypertension orcerebrovascular disease/Myocarditis and other heart disease/Coronary arterydisease and serious arrhythmia/Diabetes/Any other diseases which can beaggravated by race;

4.     参赛选手须根据主办方要求完整的填写《报名表》,在满足上述报名条件的基础上，需要经过赛事组委会的报名资格审核，组委会筛选最终决定是否接受报名并签署《免责声明》后方可参赛；

Entrants shouldsubmit "application form” and "disclaimer", which in accordancewith the requirements of the organizers, and the organizing committee will evaluate thequalifications of participants that meet the above requirements and reservesfinal and absolute right to determine registrants’ enrollment in the race.

5.     赛事组委会为所有参赛选手提供芯片计时服务，计时芯片押金： 人民币100元/人（组），芯片押金与报名费同时缴纳，赛前同参赛套包一起发放，赛后凭芯片现场退还押金。

TheOrganizing Committee will provide timing chips for all participants.

NOTE: timing chipdeposit: RMB 100 for each person ( group); Together payments for both chip depositand entry fee ;Together handing-out for both race packet and timing chip beforerace; Return the Chip deposit on spot after ending the race;

8.     报名费支付成功后，请向赛事组委会邮箱ironman@sanfo.com发送体检证明，邮件标题为：参赛选手姓名+参赛项目；

Once finish payment, Entrants shouldsent e-mail with relevant certificates of Health and Deep water for swimming;

9.     参赛选手在提交报名信息后，赛事组委会将对报名信息进行统一审核。审核通过后，组委会将以邮件形式发送"参赛确认函"，视为报名成功；

   The Organizing Committee will screen everycandidate’s information upon registration. The qualified candidates willreceive a “Registration Qualification Confirmation” via email;

10.  参赛选手经确认报名成功后，已缴纳的报名费不予返还。

   Theregistration fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable once confirmed by theOrganizing Committee;
